Eligibility Criteria for B.A Computer Application
1. The student must have an aggregate of 50% or above in Class 12 in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce) with English and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
2. Some colleges grant admission to students who have completed class 12 without Maths and English as compulsory subjects.
3. The minimum age that is considered to join the BCA course is 18 years, but this is not compulsory in all colleges.
4. There is no upper age limit for BCA Admission.
Admission Process
1. Colleges publish notice of admission on their website from June when most Indian universities would have finished degree exams.
2. Candidate to apply for each college, as each college considers each mark the cut-off mark.
3. Some private colleges and deemed universities perform their counselling process by conducting their university-level entrance exams.
4. Some colleges require a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination.
5. Candidates who qualify for the test are called for an interview before the final seat allotment.

Graduates can become office assistants, cashiers, and even application developers. With experience, however, their scope will increase. A self-employment option is also available. You can do freelancing or develop your own software if you have that many skills.
